RELEASE OF RESULTS

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially confirmed that the results of the March 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will be released on or before May 2, 2025.

This announcement comes as an update to the previously projected release date of May 10, 2025, which was earlier stated in the Calendar of Civil Service Examinations for 2025 and Examination Advisory No. 03, s. 2025.

The adjustment in the release timeline is in line with CSC’s standard protocol for target release dates, which takes into account the actual number of examinees.

In its advisory, the CSC explained:

“For CSE Professional and SubProfessional levels, release of results is set at 69 days after the exam in light of the 350,500 maximum exam slots, effecting an additional 10 days to the computed Program Expenditure Classification (PREXC)-based 59-day-after-exam release of test results for CY 2025 for exam slots of up to 300,000. The additional 10 days are calculated at 1 day for every 5,000 exam slots in excess of 300,000. However, this may be subject to adjustment depending on the actual number of examinees.”

With this confirmation, examinees can now expect the official results ahead of the initially projected schedule, unless changes arise based on final examinee turnout.
